Nice and clean looking.however no option on any of the machines to use your own detergent and it automatically puts softner. So no good for anyone with sensitivities to chemicals or allergies or who just thinks fabric softner is pointless and makes their clothes/towels slick.

I will always go to them for my dry cleaning and laundry. I get the best service from them and they can do minor adjustments or mends of your clothing too. lovely people for sure.

I'm glad I went.  One staff offered to wash, dry and fold two bags of my laundry for the same price as if I did it.  It cost $40. - I think that is a bit expensive but they were cleaned, dried and folded brilliantly.

Amazing service! Took a garment for adjusting to 2 other alteration places - both refused to do this labour intensive work. The wonderful lady -  Sorh, at Looksmart Alterations Woden took on the job with no hesitation. To say that I was delighted with the outcome is an understatement. Truly magnificent work. If I could give this place -20 stars, I absolutely would. I trusted them with altering my dress, and they completely ruined it. They assured me they could make the necessary adjustments to fit my body, but it’s clear they didn’t have the skills or expertise to do so. Instead of being honest about their capabilities, they went ahead with the alterations and destroyed a very expensive dress. To make matters worse, they did not offer any kind of refund or compensation for their awful service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm so happy with this service. I had two pairs of pants altered. I usually alter my own pants but the fabric on these are tricky and i couldn't be bothered doing a blind stitch.
